Play Together in Rhythm

Recommended for leadership teams, Play Together in Rhythm identifies how each team member’s natural skills and personality can contribute to the maximum benefit of the group, and what roles each member should play.

Program includes:

  • In-person group orientation to DiSC® (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness)
  • DiSC® 360 personality assessment for each leadership team member (or other DiSC® personality assessments as appropriate for the individuals within a team)
  • Virtual, or in-person individual coaching for each team member
  • In-person group workshops based on the team’s assessments and needs (e.g., how to work with diverse communication styles, delegation approaches, and decision-making preferences)

Organizational Attunement and Expression

Recommended for teams, Organizational Attunement and Expression will help you bring out the best in your team members individually and as a group.

Program includes:

  • In-person group orientation to ESCI (Emotional and Social Competency Inventory)
  • 360 ESCI Assessment for each team member
  • Virtual, or in-person individual coaching for each team member
  • In-person group workshops based on the team’s assessments and needs (e.g., how to develop specific emotional and social intelligence competencies)
